Sleep ISR subscription invoices are sent from [isr@aasm.org](mailto:isr@aasm.org) on your subscription expiration date. All plans automatically renew for one year, with payment due within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. Contact [isr@aasm.org](mailto:isr@aasm.org) if you have questions about your invoice or need to discuss payment arrangements. ## What should I do if I don't receive my Sleep ISR invoice? If you do not see the invoice in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. You can also view the invoice by selecting the “Outstanding Balance” notification in your Sleep ISR network account. ## How do I update my Sleep ISR subscription plan or primary contact? To update your subscription plan or primary contact, email [isr@aasm.org](mailto:isr@aasm.org) with: 1. Sleep ISR program name 2. Account or accreditation number 3. City location 4. Your request (for example, change plan type, number of users, or primary contact) After submitting your request, allow 1–2 business days for a confirmation reply from [isr@aasm.org](mailto:isr@aasm.org).
