# How do I receive and manage my Sleep ISR subscription invoice?

Sleep ISR subscription invoices are sent from [isr@aasm.org](mailto:isr@aasm.org) on your subscription expiration date. All plans automatically renew for one year, with payment due within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. Contact isr@aasm.org promptly if you have questions about your invoice or need to discuss payment arrangements.

If you do not see the invoice, check your spam or junk folder, or select the “Outstanding Balance” notification in your Sleep ISR network account.

To update your subscription plan or primary contact, email [isr@aasm.org](mailto:isr@aasm.org) with:

1. Sleep ISR program name
2. Account or accreditation number
3. City location
4. Your request (for example, change plan type, number of users, or primary contact)
