[Membership](https://support.aasm.org/membership?hsLang=en) # How to give staff access to the scoring manual ## How to give staff access to the scoring manual The primary contact of the facility account must log into their individual AASM account.   Once logged into their AASM account> go to my account > next select my organizations > select the name of the facility > once on the facilities profile page, select the scoring manual/ACEP tab.   Next the primary contact can add a staff member by selecting the name of the staff member from the staff person drop down box or if the staff members name can not be found, the primary contact can select add new staff. ![](https://support.aasm.org/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-25-2024-03-49-05-6073-PM.png?width=975&height=450&name=image-png-Apr-25-2024-03-49-05-6073-PM.png) After selecting or adding the staff member, the primary contact must select the on-demand resource that they are wanting to grant the staff member access to.   Either the scoring manual or ACEP modules. Once the on-demand resource is selected, select add.   Once the staff member is added check to make sure the staff members name is added under the correct section. The section will either be AASM Coding and Education (A-CEP) Essentials Package or AASM Scoring Manual (Online).   The staff member who is now added to receive the on-demand resources must have an AASM account created.   To create an AASM account, go to the AASM website at https://aasm.org/ and select the join today button (located at the top right of the website, the color of the box is burnt orange).   Make sure when creating the AASM account the same email address that was used to grant the staff member access to the on-demand resource is the same email address they use to create the AASM account with.   Once the account is created, the staff member can log into their account by going to members.aasm.org> go to my account > my learning.   Under the my learning section is where the scoring manual or ACEP modules are located.   If the staff member already has an AASM account created.
