How to invite sleep staff to link to our Sleep ISR facility account?

Inviting new scoring staff to link to a facility account.

1. From the drop-down menu, select "Facility Account," then choose "Manage Staff" from the options.

2. On the "Manage Staff" page, locate and click the "Invite Staff" button.

3. Enter each staff member's email address in the provided field, one per line. After entering all email addresses, click "Next".

4. On the next page, select the roles for each staff member: "Standard" and "Regular Scorer". After selecting, click the "Send Invite" button.

5. Staff members will receive an email from isr@aasm.org with instructions to link to the facility account.

6. After successful linking, you'll receive a confirmation email and notification on your admin account. Confirm their hire date on the "Manage Staff" page to grant them full access to score the Sleep ISR records.

Important: The facility will only get Sleep ISR record results for records completed after the staff members are linked to the account. To receive results for records completed before linking, send a follow-up email once the staff is active on the facility account.
