Can I Get a Refund or Change My ASTEP Course?

 Refunds and Course Changes

You may request a refund or switch to a different ASTEP course within 30 days of purchase if you have not completed the modules or exams in your ASTEP account.

If you purchased the wrong course, you may request access to the correct course instead.

How to Submit a Request

Email astep@aasm.org and include:

• Your name
• Your ASTEP account email address
• The course you purchased
• Whether you are requesting a refund or a course change

Important

All requests are reviewed before approval. If we approve a course change, we will remove access to the original course and provide access to the new course.
