How to Resolve a Blank Epoch Screen in Sleep ISR

The Sleep ISR platform operates on two servers, and during peak usage times, one server may experience higher demand, which can result in a blank screen. Fortunately, this can be resolved by changing the Source Server Selection

Steps to Change the Source Server Selection:

  1. Access the Options Tab

    • Click the Options tab located at the center of the record screen.
  2. Open Settings

    • From the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
  3. Change the Source Server Selection

    • Use the dropdown menu to change the Source Server Selection from Amazon S3 to Akamai CDN, or vice versa, depending on the current default server.
  4. Save Your Selection

    • Click the Save button.
    • The system will automatically switch to the selected server, and the signals should display promptly.
  5. If Signals Do Not Appear

    • Exit the record and log off your Sleep ISR account.
    • Close and reopen your browser, or switch to a different web browser.
    • Sign back into your account and reopen the record.
    • If the signals are still not visible, repeat steps 1–4.

If you continue to experience issues, please don’t hesitate to contact the Sleep ISR helpdesk for further assistance.
