The Sleep ISR platform operates on two servers, and during peak usage times, one server may experience higher demand, which can result in a blank screen. Fortunately, this can be resolved by changing the Source Server Selection
Steps to Change the Source Server Selection:

Access the Options Tab
- Click the Options tab located at the center of the record screen.

Open Settings
- From the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

Change the Source Server Selection
- Use the dropdown menu to change the Source Server Selection from Amazon S3 to Akamai CDN, or vice versa, depending on the current default server.

Save Your Selection
- Click the Save button.
- The system will automatically switch to the selected server, and the signals should display promptly.

If Signals Do Not Appear
- Exit the record and log off your Sleep ISR account.
- Close and reopen your browser, or switch to a different web browser.
- Sign back into your account and reopen the record.
- If the signals are still not visible, repeat steps 1–4.
