# What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged

## What is the process for submitting a request for a damaged product?

**To initiate a return, email orders@aasm.org with a written request and a photograph of the damaged item. You may be responsible for return shipping fees.**

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1\. Submit a written request for the return, along with a photograph of the damaged item.  
2\. Email your request to orders@aasm.org.  
3\. You may be responsible for return shipping fees.

**Clothing size exchanges**

When buying clothing, it is important to order the correct size. If you are unsure about the fit, order a size larger. If you need to exchange an item for a different size after receiving your order, AASM must receive the returned item at your expense before sending the correct size.
