What is the process for submitting a request for a damaged product?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Please submit a written request for the return, accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item.
2. Direct your email to orders@aasm.org.
3. The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees for the damaged item.
4. When buying clothing, it's crucial to order the correct size. If there is uncertainty regarding the fit, it is advisable to order a size larger. Should an exchange for a different size be necessary after receipt of the order, the AASM must receive the returned item at the customer's expense before dispatching the correct size.
