Administrators can manage multiple Sleep ISR facility accounts from one main dashboard
To register additional facilities log into your existing Sleep ISR administrator account.
Select the My Account drop down menu in the top right hand corner. Navigate to Manage Plan.
Select the create a new account link.
Complete the facility registration form to add a new facility.
