What are the AASM Requirements for Submitting Purchase Orders?

Identify the essential information required to submit and get approval for purchase orders, as well as any updates that could affect your order.

To submit a valid Purchase Order (PO) to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), the following requirements must be met: 

Submit the Following Information:

  • AASM individual member number
  • Product name(s)
  • Quantity
  • Unit Price and Total Price
  • PO number
  • Contact name and email, or phone number 

PO Eligibility Requirements

  • The minimum order total must be $500. POs below this amount will not be accepted.
  • The PO must be submitted through an individual account, not a facility or network account.

Effective January 1, 2025, all product purchases must be completed using an individual AASM account. To qualify for member pricing, the purchaser must have an active individual AASM membership. If you are not yet an individual member, please contact membership@aasm.org for assistance.

Purchase Orders are not accepted for:

  • AASM Membership
  • Sleep ISR subscriptions or license plans
