Acceptable documents include a Certificate of Program Completion, Continuing Education Certificate, Certificate of Course Completion, and ASTEP Official Transcripts. ***Intro to Sleep Medicine for Technologists Modules***: Earn individual Continuing Education Certificates (CEC) and the official ASTEP transcript.  ***Intro to Sleep Medicine for Technologists Course and Final Exam***: Earn the Certificate of Course Completion.  ***ASTEP for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), sleep physicians, non-sleep clinicians, and other professionals***: Earn individual Continuing Education Certificates (CEC/CME) and a Certificate of Program Completion. ***BRPT CPSGT/RPSGT Application Requirements***: BRPT sets CPSGT and RPSGT eligibility requirements, including education, clinical experience, exams, documentation, and applications. - *Completing ASTEP alone does not guarantee BRPT eligibility or credentials.* - *For a BRPT Focused Training application, submit both the ASTEP certificate of course completion and transcript.* - *For a BRPT Clinical Experience application, submit the ASTEP transcript.* - *Do not submit standalone continuing education certificates as proof of ASTEP completion.* ***State Medical Board Licensing Requirements***: State licensing boards establish separate requirements for practice and specific job duties.
